42. INTERNATIONAL NASREDDIN HODJA CARTOON COMPETITION 2022
The subject of the contest is free.
Cartoons must be original drawings.
The cartoons to be sent to the competition must be drawn in 2022.
The competition is open to cartoonists from all over the world.
Must not have received an award in another competition before.
Three cartoons can participate in the competition.
The dimensions of the caricatures to be sent must be A4 or A3 size.
Participants should write their name, surname, address, telephone number, country on the back of their works. Artists should add their short resumes to their caricatures.
Cartoons must reach the address given by October 31, 2022 at the latest.
The results will be announced on 9 November 2022.
All cartoons participating in the competition will be kept by the Cartoonists Association at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Cartoon and Humor Center.
The cartoons of the competition will be collected in an album, the works to be included in the album and those deemed worthy of exhibition will be selected by the jury.
A competition album will be sent to those whose works are exhibited and those published in the album. Participants in the competition are deemed to have accepted all conditions.
The participant of the competition accepts that the intellectual property rights of each work submitted will be deemed to have been transferred to the Cartoonists Association. Accordingly, the Association of Cartoonists shall have all intellectual rights, including but not limited to those enumerated, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, dissemination and processing. It can also exercise these rights through third parties.

Achievement Awards (5): ₺8,000
Special Awards: Special awards to be put by various organizations, associations, newspapers, art magazines, trade unions, agencies and individuals.
