The 10th NBC MESHTEC TOKYO INTERNATIONAL SCREEN PRINT BIENNIAL 2025

Qualifications This competition is open to all artists.
How to Enter
1. Please complete necessary information on the application form and the exhibition form.
2. The exhibition form should be attached to the reverse side of the entry you wish to enter.
3. Please send the entry above, and the application form under the same cover.
4. The entry should be sent by taking measures such as sandwiching in the entry between boards, without glass or frame.
Restrictions
1. The theme is free. The participation fee is also free, however you can send only one entry.
2. The entry is limited to unpublished original work of screen printing.
3. The maximum dimensions of one entry must not be more than 297x 420 mm (11.7 inch x 16.5 inch sheet size) and thickness to be 5mm maximum. In addition, fragile articles like glass or ceramics will not be accepted.
4. The works must not violate any third party’s intellectual property rights and any other rights.
5. All artists accept consent to relinquish possession of the entry. And the entry will not be returned.
6 Title to the work entered shall transfer to the organizer upon entry.
7. Although reasonable care will be given to entry submitted to this exhibition, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur.
8 The entrant shall transfer to the organizer all copyrights (including the rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act of Japan) for the work entered.
9 The entrant shall exercise no moral rights of the author with regard to the work entered.
10. When shipping the work, please specify that the item is NO COMMERCIAL VALUE (the value should be from 5 to 10 Dollar (or Euro)).
The organizer will not pay any customs duties or other attendant fees.
11. The entrant shall consent in advance to the exhibition, publicization, publication, use in calendars and other materials, duplication, adaption, or other such uses of non-winning work as well as photographs or other information thereof by the organizer or by third parties specified by the organizer.
