44TH INTERNATIONAL NASREDDIN HODJA CARTOON CONTEST 2024 PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED
WORKS PRODUCED WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO THE COMPETITION ORGANIZED ANNUALLY BY THE CARTOONISTS ASSOCIATION.
The subject of the competition is free.
Cartoons to be sent to the competition must be drawn in 2024.
The competition is open to cartoonists from all over the world.
Must not have received an award in another competition before.
Three cartoons can be submitted to the competition.
Deadline for participation is November 1, 2024
The dimensions of the cartoons to be sent must be A4 or A3 size.
Participants should write their name, surname, address, telephone number, country on the back of their works. Artists should include their short biographies in their cartoons.
Cartoons can be sent by mail or e-mail. Works to be sent by e-mail are kindly requested to send them to karikaturculerdernegi34@gmail.com address in A4 size, 300 dpi, JPEG or TIFF format, each work with a maximum of 3 MB and personal information (name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, short biography, photo) attached as a .doc format file.
All cartoons participating in the contest will be kept by the Cartoonists Association at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Cartoon and Humor Center.
Participants in the competition are deemed to have accepted all conditions.
The person participating in the contest accepts that each work submitted will be deemed to have transferred its intellectual rights to the Cartoonists Association. Accordingly, the Cartoonists Association will have all intellectual rights, including but not limited to those listed, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, dissemination and processing. It can also use these rights through third parties.

Grand Prize: 70.000 ₺
Achievement Awards (4): 15.000 ₺
Special Awards: Special awards to be presented by various organizations, associations, newspapers, art magazines, unions, agencies and individuals.
